Join Aubrey, a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor, for a four-day immersion designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. This intimate retreat unfolds in a serene coastal woodland, where the rhythm of the forest meets the breath of the sea. Here, movement becomes a language of connection, Reiki flows with ocean energy, and sound healing resonates through a tranquil sanctuary beneath the trees.

Begin and end each day with guided yoga and meditation led by Aubrey. These sessions are crafted to support both inner stillness and embodied vitality, with a focus on making space for vulnerability, restoration, and connection.
